Overview

The property begins with a spacious porch with enough space to store your shoes and coats after a day of exploring. From here, venture into the entrance hall where you will find a small WC and a spiral staircase leading to the bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need including three ovens, a dishwasher, a fridge, a freezer, a wine cooler and hot water tap. A Nespresso machine is also available on request. There is also a two-seater island and an eight-seater dining table where you can wine and dine together. If you don’t feel like cooking or you’re celebrating a special occasion, a private chef can be arranged by the owners.

The adjoining utility room is complete with an American-style fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a dryer.

Continue into the main lounge which is beautifully presented with beamed ceilings and exposed stone walls. It’s the perfect place to relax and features a sumptuous L-shaped sofa, an inglenook fireplace and a Smart TV with surround sound, Netflix and all Sky Channels.

For ultimate entertainment, head to the games room which has a clever pool table/table tennis/air hockey unit, along with an additional TV, bean bags and a selection of indoor and outdoor games that the whole family can enjoy together.

Should you wish to work remotely or get some peace and quiet, there is an office with a desk and chair, plus two dog beds for your furry friends. The conservatory is also ideal for reading a book or admiring the views in comfort.

Upstairs, there are four stunning bedrooms, each uniquely designed with soft linen sheets and calming colour tones. The master bedroom features a super king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom and a mezzanine level with a double bed. There are also three further bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, two of which have double beds and one with twin beds.

Outside, you will have access to 40 acres of woodland, a wildlife zone, three lakes and a wild meadow to explore. It’s an idyllic place to unwind and admire the views, whether you’re soaking in the hot tub, cooking up a storm on the BBQ, dining alfresco on the decking or gathering around the firepit under the stars.

If you’d like to try something new, kayaking, paddleboarding, horse-riding lessons, fly fishing tuition and fishing guides can also be arranged by the owners at the house, or you can set out on an adventure across the lake on your very own rowing boat.
